On front cover the place of publication 'Peterburg - Stockholm'. On back cover 'Progress Stockholm 1920'. Printing shop 'Progress', at least officially belonged to Parvus. According to some historians of Russian émigré book culture publishing house was a joint venture of Parvus and bolsheviki. Printed on high quality 'Swedish paper'.
