The book was printed in new orthography for export to Soviet Russia at 'Progress' printing shop, established in Stockholm by Aleksandr L´vovich Parvus, born Alexander Lvovich Parvus born Izrail ´ Lazarevich Gel´fand .He was a Marxist theoretician, revolutionary, and a controversial activist in the Social Democratic Party of Germany. He also is said to have acted as a German intelligence agent. He also laundered money for bolsheviks and established a printing press in Stockholm for party needs in case bolshevik regime will fall.The press also had a secret mission to print faked documets and dissiminate flyers with bolshevik propaganda.
