A grand 'grey propaganda' style pseudo-scientific Project of the Century, designed and led by Aleksandr M. Mazurnitskii (Mazurnitskyi), former 'Pro-rector' (sic!) of the Moscow State University for Culture and Arts.

Alexander M. Mazurnitskii 'literary activities and fair tailes' were heavily criticised by his colleagues in Russia, Europe and the USA for coming up with fictionalized articles and pseudo-scientific essays on Russian libraries´ losses during WW II.
