An important work by Russian Orthodox Church theologian theologian. Fr. Sergii Chetverikov was forced to flee Russia in 1919. He was then asked to become the leader of the Russian Christian Student Movement in Paris. In 1939 worked with Russian manuscripts at Valaamo Monastery library (Finland).
